La venida de Cristo y el rapto de la Iglesia
La venida de cristo a la tierra a de conmemorarse de una manera sumamente especial entre los creyentes e incluso los no creyentes.
Este momento se cataloga como único, y se ha esperado por miles de años desde la despedida de Jesucristo, cuando fue crucificado en nombre de todos nosotros.
El rapto de la iglesia o también llamado como el arrebatamiento de la iglesia tiene la particularidad de ir atado con la venida de Dios.
Solo que este concepto es adoptado de tal manera para las iglesias que lo denominan de esa forma.
Cuando Dios dijo en su última celebración de pascua, que descendería de los cielos, estuvo conmemorando su ultima cena y esa misma noche habló sobre su venida a la tierra.
Ese momento será armonioso, y aunque han pasado miles de años y aún no conocemos la venida de el a la tierra, es un momento que no se puede dejar pasar, puesto que conmemora y conmemoraría la resurrección de los muertos.
El mensaje que hemos recibido a través de los años, que se encuentran plasmadas en las santas escrituras sobre el regreso de Jesús junto con el apoyo de su padre está enmarcado en una serie de anuncios que con frecuencia se muestran en nuestra santa biblia.
Las epístolas enseñan que Jesús regresará
Las epístolas del Nuevo Testamento, hacen referencia con insistencia al regreso de cristo a la tierra, y mediante las sagradas escrituras que alojan dicho acontecimiento se inmiscuye todo en la proximidad.
Existirá un lapso de tiempo entre ambas etapas que serían la primera y la segunda venida. (Lucas 19:11).
Todas las enseñanzas acerca del regreso del Señor enfatizan que acontecerá de manera repentina y sin una anticipación; que los que escuchan la palabra de dios y la sigue deben diariamente mantenerse preparados para lo que pudiera ocurrir en un futuro. (Filipenses 4:5; Hebreos 10:37; Santiago 5:8,9; Apocalipsis 22:10).
Los creyentes a los primeros días se mantuvieron en un estado de alerta máxima (1 Corintios 1:7; 1 Tesalonicenses 1:9,10).
Es por ello que cuando Pablo se expresa como “nosotros” en 1 Corintios 15:51 y 1 Tesalonicenses 4:17 demuestra su esperanza al mantener la creencia de que su estadía permanecería en la tierra cuando Jesús volviera a presentarse en la tierra.
Una comparación de los pasajes de las Escrituras relacionados con la segunda venida muestra que algunos hablan de un acontecimiento visible a toda la humanidad que implica el juicio de los pecadores. Otros describen una venida conocida solo por los creyentes y que resulta en su redención de la tierra.
La segunda es conocida por los evangélicos como “el rapto” (o arrebatamiento).
Esta palabra no se encuentra en la Biblia, pero ha sido usada tanto que una de las definiciones:
“Cuando Cristo levanta a su verdadera iglesia y a sus miembros a un reino más allá de la tierra donde todos disfrutarán de felicidad celestial con su Señor”. 
Jesús Dijo:
Que su venida resultaría en situaciones donde un individuo sería llevado de un lugar mientras el otro individuo sería dejado.
Esto indica un traslado repentino de los creyentes de la tierra, mientras los no creyentes quedan aquí para enfrentar la tribulación (Mateo 24:36-42).
Jesús describió su venida como algo que ocurriría en un tiempo en que las naciones de la tierra se lamentarían cuando lo vieran llegar (Mateo 24:30).
El apóstol Pablo describe el regreso del Señor como un tiempo de juicio e ira para los impíos (2 Tesalonicenses 1:7-10).
En 1 Tesalonicenses 4:13-18, él considera un aspecto diferente de la segunda venida. Este breve pasaje es la enseñanza más directa y clara sobre el rapto en el Nuevo Testamento.
Sólo habla de los creyentes, tantos vivos como muertos. No dice que los injustos verán a Cristo en ese momento.
Pablo describe la venida de Jesús en el aire, pero no dice nada de que sus pies tocarán la tierra, como dice otro pasaje que acontecerá en su venida (Zacarías 14:4). Es el momento cuando se cumplirá 1 Juan 3:2, y seremos como Él.
La misma palabra griega usada en 1 Tesalonicenses 4:17 para decir “arrebatado” se usa en Hechos 8:39 para describir cuando Felipe fue “arrebatado” después de bautizar al etíope.
Segundo versículo:
El segundo versículo dice que el Espíritu del Señor arrebató a Felipe – identificando el origen del poder que llevará a los creyentes de la tierra en el rapto.
En 2 Tesalonicenses 2:1 Pablo llama el rapto “nuestra reunión con él.” La palabra griega aquí traducida “reunión” es la misma palabra traducida como “congregarnos” en Hebreos 10:25, refiriéndose a la congregación de los cristianos para alabar.
Es la imagen de los santos congregándose alrededor de Cristo cuando venga por ellos.
El arrebatamiento sobrenatural de individuos piadosos de la tierra no es algo desconocido en las Escrituras.
El suceso destacado en la vida de Enoc fue su desaparición milagrosa de la tierra después de caminar con Dios (Génesis 5:21-24).
El autor de Hebreos llamó esa experiencia un traspaso, evitando la muerte (Hebreos 11:5).
Aunque
Algunos aspectos del traspaso de Elías fueron distintos del de Enoc, también implicó un arrebatamiento repentino de un creyente del mundo sin experimentar la muerte (2 Reyes 2:1-13).
Primera de Corintios 15:51-54 trata del mismo acontecimiento que 1 Tesalonicenses 4:13-18.
Aquí también Pablo trata de los cambios que se producirán tanto en los creyentes vivos como en los creyentes muertos durante el rapto.
Lo llama un misterio (1 Corintios 15:51), una verdad que antes no era conocida pero que ahora le fue revelada por el Espíritu Santo.
En Filipenses 3:21 Pablo relaciona la venida del Señor con el tiempo cuando “el cuerpo de la humillación nuestra” será cambiado – otra referencia al rapto.
Los pasajes que corresponden al rapto describen la venida del Señor por su pueblo. Los pasajes que se refieren a la revelación de Cristo describen la venida del Señor con sus santos.
Colosenses 3:4 trata de los creyentes que aparecerán con Cristo en su venida.
Judas 14 también prevé la venida del Señor con su pueblo para ejecutar el juicio que muchos otros pasajes mencionan en relación con su venida pública.
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre el Arrebatamiento y la Segunda Venida?
La segunda venida de cristo y el arrebatamiento son dos conceptos que de manera muy seguida se ven cruzados y por lo tanto la sociedad ha llegado a confundirlos.
El Arrebatamiento es cuando Jesucristo regrese para llevarse a Su iglesia (todos los creyentes en Cristo) de la tierra.
El Arrebatamiento se describe en 1 Tesalonicenses 4:13-18 y 1 Corintios 15:50-54.
Los creyentes que hayan muerto tendrán sus cuerpos resucitados, y junto con los creyentes que aún vivan, se encontrarán con el Señor en el aire.
Las diferencias importantes entre el Arrebatamiento y la Segunda Venida son las siguientes:
El Arrebatamiento y la Segunda Venida de Jesucristo son eventos similares pero separados.
Los dos implican el regreso de Jesús. Ambos son eventos del fin de los tiempos. Sin embargo, es de crucial importancia reconocer las diferencias.
En resumen, el Arrebatamiento es el regreso de Cristo en las nubes para trasladar a todos los creyentes de la tierra antes del tiempo de la ira de Dios.
La Segunda Venida es el regreso de Cristo a la tierra, para poner fin a la Tribulación y para vencer al anticristo y su malvado imperio mundial.
Los creyentes y la gran tribulación
La Gran Tribulación es un concepto propio de la escatología cristiana, independientemente de qué interpretación se le pueda dar a las profecías de la Biblia cristiana.
Es el período de la historia de la humanidad anunciado por Jesucristo a sus discípulos en el Monte de los Olivos. La profecía de Jesucristo aparece en el evangelio de Mateo:
…porque habrá entonces gran tribulación, cual no ha habido desde el principio del mundo hasta ahora, ni la habrá. Y si aquellos días no fueran acortados, nadie sería salvo; pero por causa de los escogidos, aquellos días serán acortados…
Comunidad de creyentes es un concepto religioso, con valor social y político, que puede referirse a la comunidad de creyentes de cada religión.
El concepto tiene una especial importancia para las religiones monoteístas o abrahámicas, por cuanto la pertenencia a una única comunidad que vive la fe religiosa en común se identifica con la unicidad de la divinidad en que se cree.
Así surgió en el Antiguo Israel el concepto de pueblo elegido de la religión judía.

En el cristianismo el concepto de evangelización amplía la posibilidad de pertenencia a la comunidad de creyentes con el de pueblo de Dios, que se identifica con el concepto de cristiandad.
El ámbito institucional de la cristiandad es la Iglesia («militante» y «triunfante»), y su ámbito espacial se identificada con el ekumene, la totalidad del mundo conocido, especialmente al cristianizarse el Imperio Romano. .
La ruptura de la unidad política del Imperio significó entre otras cosas el replanteamiento de la identificación entre Iglesia y el Estado.
Y el surgimiento de la cuestión del deslindamiento de funciones entre los poderes universales (pontificado e imperio) en la Europa Occidental (cristiandad latina) y el cesaropapismo en el Imperio Bizantino (cristiandad oriental).
En el islam el concepto de comunidad de creyentes se expresa con el término umma, mientras que su ámbito espacial se expresa con el término dar al-Islam.
